When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process and when it's ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
You may return unopened items in the original packaging within 3 days after delivery for a store credit. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Your waist bead(s) must be sent back within 3 days after delivery. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in their original package.
All returns are refunded via swankywaistbeads store credit.
Store credit must be used within 30 days.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Return-to-sender or refused packages:
This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information. or the package is refused by the customer. To ensure your package is delivered to you, please make sure your address is entered correctly. This includes the use of correct abbreviations, street, and building numbers, and route information. (if applicable)
We do not take responsibility for deliveries with user error.
